[Left for Wade Wilson in the living room of the mansion because it's too big to fit in their bedroom - sorry, guys - is a giant crate wrapped in shiny red paper with a big, black bow on top. Inside the crate is nothing but delicious, sugary Twinkies. Probably enough to last a normal person a lifetime. Or, in Wade's case, probably enough to last six months. Unless Hank and Kurt get into them.
Attached to the crate is a black envelope with a card inside that reads,

[XAVIER INSTITUTE;]
I wanted to apologize to everyone for takin' off in the middle of the chaos durin' the attempted assassination of Professor X. The decision was not made lightly and it was eatin' away at me the entire time I've been gone. This school has been my home for years, and you are my family. But Wade is my family too, now, and I love him. And in the spirit of honesty, I was incredibly angry to hear the students cast blame on Wade without hesitation. He is not the man you think he is, and your lack of faith in mine and Professor X's judgment broke my heart. Wade will probably never return now, and we're down a self-defense instructor who had plenty to teach us.
I'm committed to letting this anger go, and am working on it as best I can, so if I snap at anyone I apologize in advance.
With Professor Xavier's permission, I would like to assume Wade's position as a temporary self-defense instructor, on top of my usual gymnastics and Danger Room classes.

X-Men,
Wade took off after the students began blaming him for what happened to Professor X and I went with him to keep him from doing anything reckless. I'll be lucky if I can ever get him to come back to us, and I need to be with him for a while. I don't know when I'll be home, but I'm safe.
Consider yourselves lucky that none of the students had to listen to me scream at them that they should be ashamed of themselves. I'll call to check in every so often.

Team-X is a group PSL based on and around the X-Men Origins: Wolverine Movie. Started based around the Team-X group the game has expanded in setting and direction. Movie-verse and Comic-verse X-Men characters are welcome; including Alternate Universe and Original Characters.
Set in a military camp, each character is recruited to work for the military using their 'special' abilities and receiving a special kind of privilege. Not all the members of the team are here at their own request, and there are plots afoot to try and harness this powerful group to meet the military's own end. Each members' motivation and loyalties are tested with the continuing influence and interference of Military Major William Stryker and associates.
Team-X is a character driven game and over arching plots are encouraged; while there are storylines provided within the game, character development and interaction is the goal. Participation in plots and stories is not mandatory, but we encourage as much activity as possible.
At current applications are open and we welcome all characters based in the X-Men universe. |
